What are my shipping costs and delivery times?
We're excited to offer flat-rates for international tracked shipping to destinations outside of Singapore. For a list of available destinations and rates, please refer to the shipping table below. Shipping rates will apply at checkout once you have keyed in your delivery address.
Delivery times are estimates and do not include our order processing time (generally within 2 business days). Actual delivery times may vary as they depend on the destination country’s customs processing. We are not able to guarantee delivery times for international orders.

What will the duties and taxes on my order be?
Our prices exclude any import duties, taxes and VAT that may be applied by the destination country customs authorities. MEV cannot predict what your particular charges may be, so we recommend that you contact the destination customs office for prior understanding.
What happens if I do not pay the duties and taxes required by my Customs Office?
Any duties, taxes and VAT required by the destination customs authorities must be paid in order for your shipment to clear customs. If you refuse the items at the time of delivery, you will be charged a return-way shipping fee for having the items sent back to MEV. There are no refunds for unclaimed parcels.
What if I provided the wrong address?
We will make corrections to shipping addresses where the parcel has not yet been sent. In the event the parcel has been despatched and is non-deliverable, the parcel will be sent back to MEV. In such instances, you will be charged the return-way shipping fees, in addition to the original shipping charge that was paid to us to send the order.
How do I track my order?
When your order has been collected by the shipper, you will receive a second email with tracking details which is generally within 2 to 3 business days.
