Request for exchanges may be made within 14 days of receiving your items. We do not provide refunds

Exchange Terms  

When can I exchange an item?

Within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Exchangeable items

New, unworn and unwashed in original packaging and with hangtags in place. Incorrect or defective item received.

Non-exchangeable items

Bras and underwear cannot be exchanged.

What can I exchange for?

Exchange for any other item of the same or higher value, in which the latter case shall require a payment top-up.

Any costs involved for exchanges? 

For a flat fee of SGD6.90, we cover both, the pick-up of the exchange item from you to MEV, and the shipping of the replacement item from MEV to you. Note these are done on separate days.


Exchange Procedure 

Step 1 : Email to request for your exchange. Include order number and product name of item to be exchanged.

Step 2 : You will receive an e-mail from us regarding the exchange. Payment of SGD6.90 for the 2-way exchange shipping costs, including top up value of any replacement difference will be made at this point.

Step 3 : Book a return-shipping service on PostCo, within 3 days after payment made per Step 2. 

Step 4 : Upon receipt of your return item, we will send an email acknowledgement. 

Step 5 : Replacement item will shipped (generally within 3 business days of receiving the return item); a tracking email will be sent to you.


Easy Return Service : Pick-Up from Home or Drop-Off Locations

Option 1: Pick up from Home 

Step 1 : Go to PostCo here 

Step 2 : Click on "RETURN FROM HOME"

Step 3 : In the "Return to" field, select postco-pickup.jpg 

 Step 4 : Fill in form with all required details, including desired pick up date and time slot. Once completed, click on Submit to complete the process. Prepare your item for pick-up.

Option 2: Drop off at any PostCo locations

Step 1 : Go to PostCo here 

Step 2 : Click on "RETURN VIA POSTCO"

Step 3 : In the "Return to" field, select In the "Near" field, key in your preferred location.


Step 4 :  Select you preferred drop off point from the search results.


Step 5 : Click on Proceed to fill up required details. Once your information is filled-in, click on Book Now to complete the process.

Step 6 : You will received a booking confirmation email along with an auto-generated return label.

Step 7 : Proceed to drop off our parcel at the selected PostCo point.
