Request for exchanges may be made within 14 days of receiving your items. We do not provide refunds

Exchange Terms  

When can I exchange an item?

Within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

Exchangeable items

New, unworn and unwashed in original packaging and with hangtags in place. Incorrect or defective item received.

Non-exchangeable items

Bras and underwear cannot be exchanged.

What can I exchange for?

Exchange for any other item of the same or higher value, in which the latter case shall require a payment top-up.

Any costs involved for exchanges? 

International customers will need to send the item back to MEV at your own costs.

Standard shipping of replacement items to you outside of Singapore, is charged at a flat rate, depending on destination as follows:

Malaysia - $8

Hong Kong, Macau, Phillippines, Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia - $10

Australia, New Zealand - $15

USA - $15

UK, France, Sweden - $18

 

EXCHANGE PROCEDURE 

Step 1 : Email to request for your exchange. Include order number and product name of item to be exchanged.

Step 2 : You will receive an e-mail from us regarding your exchange.

Step 3 : Proceed to ship the exchange item back to MEV via a trackable method. Return address will be provided in the acknowledgement email.

Step 4 : Upon receipt of your return item, we will send an email acknowledgement. The shipping fees to send replacement item, and any top-up payment required for exchanging item(s) of a higher value, will be made at this point.

Step 5 : Once the replacement item has been shipped (generally within 3 business days of receiving the return item and/or receiving any required top-up payment), a tracking email will be sent to you.
