    Exchange policy statement

    We regret that returns and refunds cannot be accommodated.

    However, we will gladly accept any request for exchange that is made within 7 days of receiving your items. Please contact us to request for your exchange. An authorization note will then be issued to you to proceed with the exchange.

    Exchanges may be made for items of equal or higher value. For replacement items of lower value, the excess amount will be forfeited. For replacement items of higher value, a top-up payment will be required.

    Sale price items and underwear are final sales and are not eligible for exchange.

    You are responsible for the cost of returning an exchange item back to us. Delivery of replacement item(s) is chargeable at our standard domestic or international shipping rates, depending on your destination.

    If we ever do send you incorrect merchandise, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us. We will then send out the correct order.

    How long do I have to exchange an item?

    Within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

    What Items are eligible for exchange?

    • New, unworn and unwashed in original packaging and with hangtags in place.

    • Wrong item or defective item shipped.

    What items are NOT eligible for exchange?

    Sales items and underwear cannot be exchanged.

    Is the shipping fee charged for exchanges?

    Yes, you will undertake the cost of sending the item back to MEV, as well as, the cost of having the replacement shipped to you. See Procedure for making exchanges.

    What can I exchange for?

    Exchange for any other item of the same or higher value, in which the latter case shall require a payment top-up.

    Can online items be returned in a store?

    • Yes, for exchange of online items in a store, please contact us for an exchange authorization first.

    • Items bought online www.mothersenvogue.com can only be exchanged at MEV stores.

    Procedure for making exchanges

    Exchanges for online purchases require a prior authorization email from MEV. Please contact us to make a request for an exchange prior to sending back your item. Upon receiving an exchange authorization from MEV, please proceed to send your items back to MEV. See next steps Exchange for domestic orders and Exchange for international orders

    Exchange for domestic orders

    • Upon receiving your authorization note, you can opt to make your exchange at the following channels:
    • In person at MEV stores in Singapore.
    • In person at the MEV HQ office in Singapore
    • by mailing or couriering the item to our MEV HQ Office in Singapore. Please ensure that either methods can be tracked so as to ensure a safe and documented delivery to MEV.
    • We cannot be responsible for any loss, misdirection or damage to items that are on the way back for an exchange.

    Upon receiving your authorization note, please send your items to MEV via an insured, traceable method to ensure a safe and documented delivery. We cannot be responsible for any loss, misdirection or damage to items that are on the way back for a exchange. Send items to:

    What’s next after receiving your returned item

    Upon receipt of your returned items, we will send you an email notification you. An invoice requesting for shipping the replacement items will be emailed to you. The replacement items will be shipped immediately following payment of the shipping invoice.
